Rated 4 out of 5 by from Interview helpful, link to form less clear Turbotax helped walk me through all of the different categories of information that needed to be addressed. In most cases it was pretty clear. It would be incredibly helpful if the program were more forthcoming (at least at the end after one has paid and gotten the draft tax return) to have a clear mapping of what line number corresponds to what question, so if there are items one wants to check it is possible to go back and forth between the interview (where info is input) and the form (which is what gets sent) to make any verifications or corrections.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from makes it easy I've never had to pay on Turbo tax before but this year i was forced too or go elsewhere and Turbo tax makes it so easy I chose to pay the 59.99 deal that they offered but when I finally was done it had raised to 89.99 without me even knowing so that was very disappointing. Other than that Turbo tax is a great product but I don't use any live help or even ask questions on it so I don't know what I paid extra for! Just because I Uber on the side??

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cannot e-file Amended Returns. FAILED to admit. I had to amend 2020. TurboTax forced me to send it USPS. I found out later the IRS accepts 2020 amended returns. This will cost months or years of delay and uncertainty due to IRS backlog for a $3000+ retund. Until this I swore by TurboTax. No more. It took two hours on a phone call to get them to admit this.
