Rated 1 out of 5 by from ONLine Turbo Tax is Awful Received a Service Code to pay for the federal product because of incorrect info provided via CD version that was already paid for. The Service Code did not reduce the charge on my credit card at all. I feel cheated

Having selected simplified entry of 1099-B, TT Business states that it will assist with inclusion of 1099-B pdf during e-file transmission. It failes to do so. And, there is no way to upload and add the pdf of the 1099-B to the return on our own. Very frustrating. Now that return is transmitted, without prompting for inclusion of 1099-B pdf, I can only wait for the IRS to either reject the filing or request additional information later.

Each time something was omitted or needed to be changed, I was alerted and guided through the process for correcting omissions and errors. Thank you so very much!
