Rated 4 out of 5 by from One suggestion In the section where you choose the way to receive your tax return, the "recommended" way seems disturbingly predatory and sketchy. I would recommend removing that option, or at least moving it down the list.

I spoke to Essiene, one of the specialists. He stayed on the phone with me for close to half an hour until we figured out how to correct the return. He was persistent, patient, and reassuring.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed I'm totally disappointed that I was forced to purchase TurboTaxDeluxe. I only wanted to file a simple federal and tax return. It used to be free for simple tax returns. What happened? So unnecessary to trap young citizens from just wanting to file a simple return. Very dissappointed.
