I tried the live 'do my taxes for me' feature and the person I had didn't really answer my questions and then gave me a couple of days to respond to her message before she'd cancel all the work done and still charge me for it. I have a newborn, which I stipulated to her in prior messages, and frankly I didn't get a chance to read the message let alone respond to it until the third day and I got a message of what she'd done - canceled and removed all the work done thus far and I'd still be billed. I won't bother with TurboTax next year. I'll just go to HRBlock. If I had the time and mental capacity to do my taxes this year, I would have. Thanks.
