Rated 5 out of 5 by from Patricia Is Awesome! TLDR: Patricia is awesome. Price of Live Full Service worth it to a professional crastinator. Patrica helped me file my taxes quickly and with very little effort on my part. All I had to provide were photos of the documents she requested and to input a few bits of personal information. Patricia was patient and friendly throughout the whole process even though I took an unreasonable amount of time to respond to her communications. If you do use the Live Full Service, be sure to check it often and have text or email notifications active. The price of the Live Full Service is affordable and worth the reassurance for someone who procrastinates and files at the last minute. Thank you, Patricia. Have I mentioned that Patricia is awesome?

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Tech support is impossible. My e-filed return was rejected because the AGI was wrong. It was taken directly from my TurboTax 2020 return. The number was populated by TurboTax 2021 automatically. After it was rejected, I triple checked and the AGI number was correct. I can't talk to a human being to fix this problem without paying more than $100. I had to file by mail, delaying my refund.
