Rated 4 out of 5 by from Worked out Great Turbo Tax worked out great for us again this year! I was in contact with 3 different agents which all took the time to find the correct answers. One of them even made sure to contact the legal department.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Seven years of stress-free taxes This is my 7th year using TurboTax to file my taxes. Before using TurboTax, I had to go into an office and sit there awkwardly for an hour while a tax professional asked me yes or no questions. At the end I'd have to pay a good chunk of cash and wait months to get my return. Now, I file as soon as I have my forms, it takes 20 minutes to do so, and I get my tax return in 3 weeks. I always buy the plus benefits, which are a steal for 30 dollars, even though I could file for free, because at the end of the day if something DOES go wrong with my taxes, I'm going to need the help. That being said, it's never happened. I just don't worry about it, and as long as that's the case, I'll keep using TurboTax.
