Rated 2 out of 5 by from Beware off second Charge at end ;( I paid for pc download for 59.00 and was charge another fee $26.56 at end. I paid, because I was a afraid to lose my 3hr work. That was an 1040EZ form.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax tricked me (and tried multiple times) I ended up paying more in fees than my tax return. This is because I was tricked into choosing a higher priced option for my tax filing. I didn't realize until I was checking out and could not change it without clearing my entire filing (1 hour of work) and starting over again. It was also difficult to find my federal total income and AGI, which I had to tell my husband for his taxes. It would be nice to have that in a more apparent place or a place that is more intuitive to look.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is a Helpful Product Turbo Tax was easy to use, and I felt comfortable entrusting my tax return needs to its expertise. Easy to follow, options to upload docs and info using phone camera, double checked everything and made it easy to save, print, and efile my returns.

Called customer service who didn't have a clue but then after 30 minutes of him putting me on hold "to check", he said the desktop version can't utilize data from past year's desktop return? I don't think that's right, but he couldn't help me--bottom line.
