I also love that I have peace of mind with the added option of using audit and identify theft protection each year too. Whenever someone asks me about a good tax prep service I always recommend TurboTax.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Going in Blind I used to pay a family member to handle our tax needs, I always felt that the price was fair since I had no idea how complex or sensitive these things could be. I found that turbo tax was more than user friendly but helps beginners become confident in what they do. Even though my tax report became complex and resulted in me having to upgrade due to my situation I still only paid a fraction from what I was before. In the end I was able to complete this confidently thanks to turbotax!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Could be better Website kept freezing and lagging so I had to refresh and log back in several times. Also, it is ridiculous to charge to deduct from your refund when already paying almost $200 for state and federal.
