My experience with the process was not well in that there were extra fees on something that should not have been in my opinion since and tons of uncalled for reviews of the same information too many times. Overall my wife loves turbo tax so i deal but I don't think every step was needed to complete this process.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from For the most part good experience I love using Turbo tax but I did notice the very slow loading times and it froze a couple times which made had to go back and start over but other than that - very easy to use and navigate.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Railroaded into fees. With no free filing system anymore, you are forced to use high fee services to file your taxes through TurboTax. It is painful to see any refund chipped away by two or even three sets of fees. There were so many fees on my 2021 return that I could not pay *with* my return, instead, I was forced to pay for the filing via credit card because the fees outpaced the return itself.
