Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is for me from now on!! Turbo Tax was very easy to navigate. When you do have any questions there is live support to talk to. I had a specialist contact me within 15 minutes. She was very kind and answered all my questions I had.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I like being walked through tax filing Henry was my expert, and he was patient and helpful. He even talked with someone else to figure out why my state form needed "fixing". Turns out it's my state that's the problem. Not TurboTax and not me. I was still able to efile my Federal return and save the state for now.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Dependable but starting to charge too much... As a customer, I've utilized Turbo Tax for 8 years now. It's a great tax assistant. But the additional fees and insistent reminders of upgrading to a better Turbo Tax program...of course for a fee...has soured me. Their piece of the pie is getting larger every year. So riddle me this...why not go back to basic, better, best. But at least give us the option of not needing all of the add-ons associated with using Turbo Tax, like Credit Karma. Turbo Tax works great but their fees add up. There used to be coupons and discounts for returning customers...what's happened to any discounts? Any incentive for returning year after year? Instead, as a loyal customer, I'm now paying $177 to e-file, $89 for Federal, $49 fee for e-filing State as well as that $39 fee for choosing the pay with your Federal return rather than out of pocket beforehand...but at least my 2020 taxes are filed...best of luck out there...
