Rated 3 out of 5 by from turbo tax nightmare I use Turbo Tax every year with no problems. You then state that you have looked through it and its all good, however it was rejected. they needed a number from last year and when I went to pull up all my tax returns I could only pull up 2018.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I may not use Turb Tax next yeasr I find getting support is difficult. I would like to talk on the phone with a support person. I did not have many questions but the only way to talk with a support was through an agency and it cost money.

NO CONFIDENCE THAT TURBOTAX GOES BACK AND LOOKS AT AMT IN PRIOR YEARS, TOO MANY GLITCHES WHEN TRYING TO EMAIL FINAL DOCUMENTS TO GOVERMENT AND TRYING TO GET IT TO TAKE CREDIT CARD TO PAY FOR STATE. CONFUSING ON SC STATE WHEN IN ONE AREA ASKS FOR MILITARY RETIREMEN T PAY EXEMPTION, ANOTHER AREA FOR RETIRED MILITARY NATIONAL GUARD RETIREMENT PAY......ITS ALL THE SAME VERBAGE WITH THE GOVERMENT. THIS ACTUALLY HAD ME ENTERING MY RETIRED MILITARY PAY IN TWO PLACES AND HAD TO GO BACK MULITIPLE TIMES TO CLEAN IT UP SO IT WAS ONLY DEDUCTED ONCE.
