Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Online I have used Turbo Tax for several years. I was able to file a "free" federal return this year. No catches! I had several questions as I went along. I just clicked on the help button and found everything I needed to know.

Late Filing 3 I have used Turbo Tax for many years, We had to file late for 2019 due to Covid, moving, job loss. 2018 files were corrupt so had to start everything from scratch. Interview method is great. trying to complete filing was a mess. Phone support good but only for cloud version?
