Rated 2 out of 5 by from The help is not very helpful I had a lot of trouble with entering mortgage information and the help guides were so vague and unhelpful. I think these need to be updated to be more inclusive to different situations or a 24/7 chat option to help when we run into problems after normal business hours

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TT Desktop Version - Minor Issues The Turbo Tax Live Chat feature was very helpful. However, I did get some bad info from one person who said I could e file a prior year report when two others said I could not. The other issue is minor. As I was trying to print my documents, all print issues say they are a preview of the form. TT just needs a good button that actual says all the way through that it is not a preview copy. I wish there was a way to e file the older tax year filings since that would help with better tracking that dropping it off with the USPS.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from easy to follow directions. Turbo Tax is easy to work through, and if you don't understand something, pay a small amount and have access to qualified tax consultants to help as you complete your taxes.
