Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to use, wish returning customers paid less. Turbo tax is easy to use but I have been a returning customer for 8 years and still pay the same amount if not more then a new customer.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Things are not that good I ha ve been using TT for many years and this year I had more trouble than ever. things to fix 1) Make sure that CD's at Staples work. I had to buy a second. You did reimburse me but it should not have happened 2) I got an "Identity Protection Personal Identification number. I was looking for a place to insert it and I submitted the return which was promptly rejected. It would be good to highlight the need as the return is being submitted
