Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too many issues! TurboTax is relatively easy to use but we ran into multiple issues with their questions not matching up with our documents. For example, asking for the amount on a specific line that doesn't exist in the official form, Also, when we went to e-file, TurboTax autofilled in the AGI from last year, we double checked it against our records, yet the efile was rejected twice for an incorrect amount. So in the end we had to mail in our return which is frustrating since we paid for e-file ability.
