Rated 2 out of 5 by from Many Technical Issues This year has been much worse than before. I had a couple uncommon tax situations with employment of a nanny and sold a rental property. It could not have been more complicated. I had to chat with at least 4 "tax consultants" - who were for the most part good, but didn't understand the system tools. I answered the same questions multiple times and the instructions in the sale of business property didn't match the prompts in the software.
