Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is the best I have used TT for over 5 years and it gets better each year. Two minor issues: 1) Search response(s) are weak responses to a specific search question and 2) Windows Security update prohibited a file save "as protected file". I was able to clear block but did not anticipate this issue. Thanks Microsoft.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst Return with Turbo Tax Bought CD at Sam's Club, installed, did my taxes, but then it needed to update before final review. After an hour plus on hold, was told I need to do a manual update. I asked what if that did not work, but she told me it would. Guess what? Didn't work. Called back again, on hold again. This time I was told I needed to update my computer. I asked what if that did not fix it. He told me that was the issue. Guest what? Didn't work. Called back again, only to find out that on the day taxes are due their customer service office close. Now I had to wait until the next day, on hold, was told I had to do updates as administrator. Did that, and it seemed to work, but then it took me out of my network. I had to search for my file location and finally found it and was able to file. Time for preparing taxes- 2.3 hours; time to do my taxes- 1 hour; time working with TurboTax to update their disc so I could file my taxes- 7.2 hours. Not only that, but now I will likely have to pay about $400 in a late fee due to this. Yes, I should have started earlier on my taxes, but I also expected the product I paid for to work as advertised.
