Rated 1 out of 5 by from This is the first and last time I'm using TurboTax Since the beginning of this year's tax filing process I'm having problems. Nothing is clear and no one is telling me what should I do in a clear way. I needed to ask everything multiple times to clarify. You charged me a lot with Max benefits etc. but still haven't received a sign in link to IDNotify for Identity Theft Coverage. Which I had this benefit same day in another company. Still having trouble and no one is helping me. I'm not using TurboTax again and will let all people that I know about this.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Lost Money and Time Wasted With Bad Communication The “expert” relied heavily on phone call communication which defeats the whole purpose of the instant messaging interface. And IF he called it would be at times that he chose randomly and on days he supposedly wasn’t working. Communication was sparse and unclear on his end. I’d respond within 5 minutes after he’d send a message and I wouldn’t hear back for DAYS. This affected the timing of the taxes being submitted and during a time where most people, including my family, is impacted financially by the pandemic, we missed our chance of getting financial support for our 6 month old through the stimulus check. Worst experience ever. All I got was a fifty dollar discount despite the thousand and four hundred we desperately need. Horrible service and I will let everyone know of my experience this year and for the coming tax seasons. Just horrible.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Took too long to finalize While it may be a unique circumstance with my designated expert tending to family matters, and hopefully things are ok, the fact still remains that it took the team many days to respond to my inquiry on reviewing my return. It took multiple follow ups and the responsiveness wasn’t ideal. Once I was able to get a time finalized with them, the app experience was terrible. It glitched, it lagged, and it took many attempts to even be able to see my return and review. The manager and fill in expert were pleasant and were cooperative, but the overall experience was very frustrating and took way too long to complete. Especially for the amount of money I paid for the service.
