Rated 1 out of 5 by from State Tax Return won't allow e-file While agents tried their best, my problem submitting the State return couldn't be found.I was told it was a software problem that would be addressed later. Also, in trying to change my email, I had to try to reset my account. My sending my Driver's License was rejected.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is Essential TurboTax worked flawlessly this year. My one complaint is that I don't understand why it prints my federal tax form at the beginning and again at the end. Why is that? I couldn't find the explanation.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbotax Could Be Clearer I have been using TurboTax at home for at least 5-6 years. It is great to have the convenience of doing your taxes in the comfort of your home and at your own pace. However, I noticed this year (2020 version) that there were several questions and areas that were not explained clearly. I had to do more investigative work on my own to understand if I should complete certain areas for tax purposes. TurboTax could and should take the time to better clarify and explain each item. The links to click for more info. are helpful, but that does not appear everywhere.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE turbo tax Originally, I was going to file with H&R block but after them quoting me $430 I decided to check out turbo tax and I was SO GLAD I did. My tax situation was a little complicated since I had multiple 1099's and a W2 to file, plus claiming a child. I used the chat box to get help from them while filing. They walked me though all the steps and they have a feature that allows them to see your screen so they can show you exactly what to click on and fill out. I'm only going to be filing with Turbo tax from now on. What a great and responsive company!
