This year, I did have some trouble with the preparation costs changing, but was able to get assistance from a representative pretty easily. Thank you Turbo Tax! Keep up the good work.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is very helpful and dependable!! I was in the process of filing my taxes and I received an error. I had to call a Turbo Tax expert. She stayed on the phone with me for 2 hours until the issue was rectified. I never felt like I was alone. I appreciate the professionalism.

This is the second time that I have had difficulty with Turbo Tax recognizing my states withholding ID and it is a flaw that is frustrating. We are in the era of e-filing and I shouldn't have to print and mail my return in for an error that is within the tax prep program.

Only to find out this year that they charge you a $40 fee to use direct deposit on your federal and state tax return. This is after already paying to purchase the program. E-file use to be the simple and free way to file your returns, not the case anymore. With people across the U.S. dealing with porch pirates and people stealing their mail, how is this to be considered good customer service!
