I found no directory to find forms I needed to review without going back and through all the steps! this was frustrating. Also was told by email I would get $30 off and when paying it was $20! I wanted the MAX program but you have to sign away your personal info, and then now after I paid for it, I dont even know if I will get the tax audit protection I wanted.???? Need to get these things fixed!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple navigation and filing experience I really had a very enjoyable time being able to file my 2021 taxes which involved complicated paperwork and multiple life events that needed to be described; TurboTax allowed me to organize and file within 2 hours which normally took me a whole day with other software or a personal tax preparer. It was awesome.
