Rated 1 out of 5 by from Service was good, but hidden $40 fee. The Service did it's job, but continually tried to make us spend money on "upgrades" we didn't need. Then at the end of the review after they forced me to upgrade to move on another $90. They then tacked on another $40 fee for paying the fees with the tax return. That $40 fee was also hidden until the final pages agreeing to pay the amount. Honestly, probably won't use Turbo Tax again after this, a lot of other companies that do these "upgrades" for free.

At first everything was great but it seems as though every year they get worse and worse. this will be my last year filing from them because they add so many unnecessary fees now to the point where im barely getting a refund.
