Overcomplicated Review ItemsRather simple taxes with no complicated income or exceptions; however, in the review process there were several required inputs that seemed redundant and were confusing. Information that was input during dedicated steps were later required to be "reviewed" in the IRS document forms and required explicit input or checking of the information which did not make sense and was confusing.
