Rated 3 out of 5 by from Mixed It wasn't a terrible experience overall. Tho there are things that could certainly be improved. Beginning at the beginning. Before any information is ever entered, it should be made known all the information that a person would need to have their taxes prepared. It would certainly save time, and stress. But beyond that, I survived lol.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good for multiple returns, but... The download version is good for doing several returns for my family, but I miss some of the online features. For example, it would be good to be able to import W2s!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from middle class citizen so easy and they keep updating it more. i love the auto fill from previos years because i dont always my last years info at the ready. great explanations. extremely user friendly. ive been uising ttax since 19 when i filed for the first time. even at that age being lost and confused i feel like a pro using this program. keep it up TURBOTAX!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax rocks! The step by step process allows the user to have complete confidence that their returns will be complete and error free. I could not say enough about how easy it was to file my taxes. The added benefit was learning of the return I was going to get once everything was done.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from turbo tax is awesome it took me a minute, but this program was so easy. i was afraid to file my taxes. the only question I had, my husband is an injured spouse how do we prevent him from getting refund owed to him. otherwise, great tool!! thank you turbo tax
