Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo tax was terrible this year. Very difficult My data from last year would not transfer. I had to reenter everything. Chat was not helpful and did not solve issue. It took a long time.

Not sure what is going to happen, but I thought that the filing was completed in time on 4/18, only to find that when I checked this morning 4/19, to find that it had not, I kept receiving we need to check, then re-enter credit card information, now looks as though it has now been filed

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not willing to help We have used TurboTax for literally years. And we have never needed assistance until now and when we asked they were not accommodating at all. We noticed our 2020 wasn’t filed last year and no one wants to help us even though we paid for the extra service.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Super helpful but don't forget the IP Pin! I've use Turbo Tax for years now, and have been able to file my taxes quite quickly and easily. Good prompts for entering information, good resources for answering questions I might have, and over the years the evolution of importing information directly into Turbo Tax is very helpful. My only complaint is that Turbo Tax does not direct the user to the entry point for the IP Pin and I've had my return rejected because of this. I've had a hard time even finding the entry point for this information - but it is there! Do a search for "ip pin" and then you'll have an option to "jump to" entry. It's doable - you just have to know where to look and how to navigate. All in all, I will continue to use Turbo Tax.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from CD/ Download I purchased my CD online, I was unable to install it when it arrived, After several calls to turbotax and microsoft, I found out turbotax is having problems with purchased products, and I was encouraged to just use the online software, after I have already paid for software, i have no desire to pay per return online. I recieved several downlaods from turbotax to attempt to reinstall product. I ended up paying someone to clean my computer to remove the corrupted files from the faulty turbotax install.
