Rated 3 out of 5 by from Used to be the gold standard..... I'm still elated with the process, but not this new version. Used you for years. fit well with my banking background: great bookkeeping. This year it's a dummy-downed version, with lock outs. Too many repeat questions with incomplete explanations of details. I made a mistake typing, caught it---knew to go back in and change it on the federal form, but it wouldn't let me go back on the state form until I paid. Then, the forms were updated to the shortened version, and I couldnt see if it was changed on State or not. Tax bill bigger than I thought. Seemed okay, but will find out when state gets it.
