Had a new tax issue which I could not complete either with standard tax version or with on call help. Tax advisor was great to work with and supported with receiving my data . Will use Live version when necessary. Otherwise will use the online version of turbo tax

Rated 1 out of 5 by from A total waste of $100 1st of all the original interview was Conducted but not remembered by your tax "expert". Therefore things had to be redone more than once.Also I my preparer could not access my previous tax returns from Turbo tax. I really felt that was strange. I could have completed my return quicker than the preparer.

I love that they have just about everything you can think of when it comes to info and questions. My taxes were a little complicated this year but turbo tax made it easy and explained why i needed to do what.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Overcharged! Once again, I'm being audited even though there is no reason for it. The TurboTax expert didn't follow my directions and caused the IRS to do another follow up. Being charged $440 for a service that is causing more headache is useless. I will not be using this service again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy as pie the format of this software is easy to use, doesm't leave room for mistakes. i went for the $45 fee because it gives peace of mind. For eveything ele=se it was such an easy process that it doesn't leave room for error. with the question id did have i called in the agent helped me and that was that. She stayed on the phone with me until i was confident that all issues which was only 1 question was resolved. Great agent her name is Susie. I work in customer service and I know how calls are to be addressed and handle and she did excellent!!!!!!!!!!!
