Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is great Have used in the past and will continue to use in the future. Tax laws are too complicated and I don’t want to have to try and guess what the IRS is thinking, TurboTax does all the heavy lifting.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Satisfied I've used a different online filing service for years, and even with the necessary first-time stuff that goes into switching services, I found TurboTax easier to use, and ACTUALLY free (not the "free" the other service advertised. It was easy to use, intuitive, and like I'd mentioned, free! Definitely will be using from now on.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Product I've been a TurboTax user for 5-6 years and so very thankful for the step-by-step process of filing my taxes along with the easy to understand instructions/information when I hit a snag. This year I did something I hadn't done before and went through the process of working it on my own but when I hit my limitations TurboTax was quick to get an expert on the line to help me. So thankful for Everado, Jr. for his help and for walking me through the hurdle.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good, but could be better You can't access individual IRS Forms of your return, only TT's input templates. So you have to figure out where your input data is going on your IRS return, and work backwards from there to figure out how to create the return you want to send rather than accepting TT's version. For instance, as a first time user, I wanted to include depreciation of listed property of prior years on Part V on IRS Form 4562, but I couldn't get TT to do this. TT is not easily customizable for the tax saavy user.
