Rated 2 out of 5 by from horrible! I have done Turbo Tax mobile for 8 years. This year I bought the download from Staples to save some money.... they would NOT work together. I hade to start from scratch to file my 2020 taxes.... will not be using Turbo Tax again.....

I have been a customer of TurboTax for at least eight years and have never encountered an issue with my tax return. Give it a try. You won't be disappointed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax is a great tool, but can get expensive. I've been filing taxes with TurboTax for the past 7 years, and it feels like every year it gets more and more expensive. It's great because you can do it yourself, but it can get pricey without even adding any of the premium services.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Easy to use, but crashed on me and had to restart The questions are simple and I feel confident submitting my returns, but after spending 2+ hours on it, it crashed and I had to start over, because the desktop version doesn't auto-save like the browser version does. That's why it gets 3 stars.
