I do not have a printer or a cell phone so when I went to staples to print up my taxes I had to have a code sent to my phone [one that is back at home. this did not help me]. I did not download it as I was going to open turbo tax at staples and continue the process. However, I now have downloaded it and am sending it in an email to a friends to print. Was not convenient to find out that I had to download it FIRST before I went to Staples being that I don't have a cellphone. Other then that, turbo tax worked well for me.

BE CAREFUL when you review forms, sometimes Turbo TX will UNCHECK items/boxes that you have already checked! There has never been any route to provide feedback to Intuit when they have tiny glitches with the software. Frustrating for years!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Helpful Allows one to double check all areas quickly and feel that nothing has been forgotten. Also permits one to not enter their SSN, so that it may be printed out and written manually, for those that might be extra concerned about internet safety. Having a techy daughter helps a lot too.
