Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax - great comforting and helpful service Turbotax's platform has overall been very easy to use in terms of actually filing. I have had some difficulties when it comes down to purchase of different product versions and the process of actually submitting and having to go through the process of e-filing again (which was not a big deal because Turbotax saved the documents even though it didn't appear to). I was really scared when I thought I lost all my tax return documents but TurboTax's team has been very helpful in every issue I have had and made me that much more likely to use Turbotax aside from a couple of functional issues.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Long term user of TurboTax We have used TurboTax for a numbe of years and have developed high confidence in it. It generates all the correct forms and makes submitting them and handeling payments/refunds easy.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Expensive for SAAS - sneaky in fees Sneaky in fees and does not let you change over easily to a different option or clearly define what is included in each. I also had a robinhood credit it wouldnt let me apply
