Rated 3 out of 5 by from It mostly works Every year it seems that TurboTax throws basic things like mutual fund sales and donations into higher-priced versions of the software when they used to be included in the basic desktop version. For my needs (hardly any investments, etc), it's excessive. The help text was less helpful for 2020. Very little info was provided. And there was one error that I had to go to the forums to resolve, and the workarounds there didn't work. (They were written for the online version, not the desktop.)
