Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax can ease your mind. I was able to talk to one of the Turbo Tax Live Expert name James. Mr. James was awesome. He heard my question and was able to explain to me what was expected of me on my tax return (lame terms). I might have been nervous but he told me I was on the right track and that I should be on the otherside of the phone. I enjoyed his talked it was so comfortable like we were friends. Mr. James ( last name unknown but you know who you are) keep up the Good Work when talking to your customers. You are a True Live Expert for Turbo Tax.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax made my first year of filing taxes easy! This is my first year filing taxes on my own and in a new state. I did not know where to start so I googled and found TurboTax. I thought I could file them on my own but opted to use the full service where I was paired with a wonderful accountant, Helene. She walked me through every step of the way and made sure I was comfortable and I could tell she was looking out for my best interest. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you TurboTax and thank you Helene!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from fees I do understand that it costs money to do things, but I am tired of every year I have to jump through hoops to keep from paying fees just to do things like have you take my fees out of my return. it's obnoxious, almost to the point that i may no longer continue to be a customer in the future.

It took me a full 20 minutes to install 2021 TurboTax Deluxe from a downloaded ZIP copy. - It took forever to unzip into the iinstaller files - The installation took much longer than expected for a Windows program of this size - The update took MUCH longer than expected, maybe 10 min - The program did not restart after the update, as promised
