The first person I spoke with was very kind answered my questions that I had run into at the time. The second was nice as well but we reached a part that was a bit wonky even for him and we agreed that we should escalate my file to someone above him. There was indeed an error that the person actually caused but he connected to me to someone who was more familiar with my situation and set me straight. Overall, I am very pleased with the service I received.
