Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is not that great Turbo tax input and changed the information I input into the system. Then missed vital missing information that their system should have caught. Why would your system autocorrect a Federal Tax ID Number then say we good with that. Really now? Maybe ask me to check it if there is a digit missing instead of putting a 0 on the end. They could do a better job. If there was a digit missing on that credit card I know you would have caught that! Right?

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Glitched Twice - Had to Reload Half way through preparing my taxes the TurboTax software refused to launch and load. I was forced to uninstall and go back to the original download site and reload from scratch. Very irritating.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from turbo tax is super awesome I've always gone to tax preparers , and paid lots of money . A few yrs back they messed up my taxes and I've been having problems with IRS since . This was simple to the point ,no fuss . My kids have been using this for yrs and they kept telling to try it out and they were right .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I am an avid user of Turbo Tax. I have always regarded Turbo Tax as my CPA. Not that I am one but I feel in charge and in control of my financial affairs. Do not ever plan to return to an account. Thanks for keeping me updated and informed regarding Federal and State Tax Returns. JW
