Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great w/ one shortcoming. As I was working through my Federal return I kept an eye on the # at the top showing the amount of the expected refund or amount due. I had been tracking an approximately $2200 refund. As I was getting near the end, I clicked a 'continue' button, and suddenly it changed to an amount due of about the same size. I kept hitting the back button but my 'amount due' never changed back to a refund amount. So there was about a $4500 change for the worse that I still have no idea what caused it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TURBO TAX IS AWESOME HAD A PROBLEM WITH ENTERING TO MANY 1098 FORMS INDIVIDULY. THE EXPERT SAYS WE NEED TO COMBINE ALL THE 1098 FORMS INTO ONE LINE ITEM WHICH WORKED AND I CAN NOW FILE. COULD NOT HAVE DONE THIS WITHOUT THIER HELP WELL DONE TO THE EXPERT THAT HELPED ME !!!!

For Tax Year 2020 we converted a SEP-IRA to a Roth IRA, but do not expect to do another conversion this year! Also, on our review by your Tax professional, you need to show the rating scale on each page of the review. He did great!
