Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is good, 1 Thing to Improve I like TurboTax. I've used it for several years and will continue to use it. But, the Search Function is very poor in my view. It needs to be improved. To jump to things search terms have to be entered exactly in one way otherwise the "Jump To" link doesn't show up and it's unclear why and it can take a long time to resolve.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax, Taxes with ease! We went with a TurboTax expert doing our taxes, and it could not have been better. We had gone to an accountant for years, and after moving to another state, decided to give TurboTax a go, glad we did. We uploaded all the necessary documents, Dave completed and reviewed our taxes with us over the phone, then e-filed!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Enough With the Stretch The tax prompts were fairly easy to follow. The lack of clarity and misleading ideas when it came to automating crypto information and having to additionally pay a 3rd party company and the frustration it caused was highly unethical.
