Rated 2 out of 5 by from Too pushy with other products Honestly I just used TurboTax for the convenience of all my old tax returns but to be honest the TurboTax of today has gone down. No more free filing, pushing many other products even when not needed and buggy website and app. Probably will be my last year

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Need improvements. Same for years Should have the left navigation bar expanded in beginning. didnt know what it's for. ITs Deductible is horrible. Need an excel type method to input items, not one by one. Also easier if had import button in turbotax instead of having to goto help. Should have easier keyboard access to 'next' item instead of pushing tab so many times or using mouse.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from More expensive than other services Other software did a better job gathering extra deductions. Even a simple HSA forces you to upgrade from the free version plus if you want to file state it will cost you even more. Will probably go to a different product next year.
