Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not an Intuit Fan The platform is fine, but I deeply resent the fact that Intuit lobbies the federal government to keep the US tax code as complicated as possible in order to create the need for your product in the first place. Furthermore, it's interesting how it gets more difficult each year to access the free version for simple filing. This year, I must have somehow selected that I was interested in Premium (I wasn't), and when I asked a representative how to downgrade at checkout she informed me I would need to restart my entire return. I guess the design team overlooked that feature -- oops! If this isn't blatant highway robbery, I don't know what is. Thanks for including the fun new timer feature this year and reminding me on every other page how lucky I am to have chosen Turbotax to make my return easy! Always a pleasure.
