Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too expensive It’s insane to me that you guys charge $250 for a slightly less than normal filing. People rely on you guys to get our filing done right because not everyone is confident in doing it themselves. It’s not like they teach you the ins and outs of taxes in school. $250 is highway robbery and charging an extra $39 just for the pleasure of paying that fee with your tax return? Disgusting. I won’t be using TurboTax again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy Peasy every year! Every year I'm happy to spend the money to use Turbo Tax. All of my tax information is stored here and I don't' have to worry about looking for a past year's return. I just sign into my account and there's all my history!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Relatively easy this year. I knew about the $54 charge to file the state but the $124+/- charge to file the federal taxes (which I thought was free) was quite an unpleasant shock. Did not like that at all.
