Rated 4 out of 5 by from Tubo Tax Deluxe 2020 Can not give it 5 stars as it took two attempts to get ng!eturns filed. The first try it kept goring around in circles and not transmitting. Waited 24 hours and it transmitted. Frustrating!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from After getting excellent help on the phone, GREAT! I have used Turbo Tax for taxes for more than 5 years. I like the way it transfers my old info to the new one. For the first time this year I had some difficulty, and it may be that even though it says you can use it for 5 returns, one must uninstall if using it on a different PC, so maybe that caused the glitch. But after spending about an hour with me on the phone the agent from Turbo Tax fixed the problem and assisted me in completing the return. I don't know why it was re-jected stating the AGI was incorrect, as I double checked and it it, so hopefully the second efile attempt will be accepted. I will still use Turbo Tax next year since they went to great length to help me out on the phone.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Filing Have been using Turbo Tax for several years, even got my CPA son-in-law using TT. We both really like it and makes it easy to file clean and accurate tax return Disappointed that the electronic filing for OK has a fee but happy Federal filing is no charge
