Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Customer For Life! I've been a Turbo Tax customer for a few years, and have always been very happy with using the product. It's simple, even for situations that would, under any other circumstance, be difficult to someone trying to prepare their taxes. This year was the first year in several in which I had to prepare my own taxes, and long story short, I was at a loss. I signed up to have an expert file my taxes for me, and I was assigned Marianna for my expert. She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and very courteous. All I ended up doing was uploading some documents, answered a couple questions for her, and she took care of the rest. She even found a tax break which was new this year, and informed me about it and got me an extra 1K back on my refund. I would of never been able to figure any of this out on my own...Very grateful for Marianna and Turbo Tax!!
