Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Okay The Turbo Tax Federal platform is pretty good, but the individual state ones have inaccuracies. For example, the Wisconsin state form for 2020 is auto-populated with outdated 529 account deduction limitations. The tax forms, which are embedded within Turbo Tax, have the correct tax deductible contribution amount of $3340 listed but the software programmers still have $3280 auto-populated. This is only reparable within the actual tax forms. For the price of Turbo Tax software, I wouldn't expect to see these sort of blatant errors. It makes me question the overall accuracy of the forms. Hopefully they get it right for 2021.
