Rated 2 out of 5 by from Live assisted premium product I have used Turbo Tax for several years on a schedule C for my small, very small, cleaning business. I started out using the "Free" option and over the course of the last 3 years there was a compulsory upgrade to Premium live. This bumped my fee up $200 for processing. I couldn't opt out of ot and don't remember a screen asking if I wanted it. After using the live chat option to ask why so much, and telling the one qualified person I did chat with I didn't sign up for the extra fee or service, they finally gave me a 20% discount that was instantly sucked up by the $39 fee for using my refund to pay for the service. I am done using this Turbo Tax. Too many hidden fees, and TONS of not very clear extra fee service and payment option pop ups everywhere.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is awesome When doing my tax return for 2022, I had some questions regarding my income in foreign country. I asked TurboTax which assigned some tax experts to me. They answered my questions very quickly, professionally and precisely.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Spent hours with support to get product to work The support person was excellent. It took nearly 3 hours however to resolve an issue where W-2 forms were not appearing. The product presented a blank white screen and nothing else. Turns out after trying several other things that the product needed to be run as an Administrator for the forms to appear.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible experience, so many bugs! Spouse and I have accounts in the same bank, and the interface cannot distinguish the two and kept merge our details. Kept signing me out and taking me through the same steps over and over again. TurboTax also does not honor discount codes from affiliates.
