Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy and quick to file Easy and non-stressful to file my returns. I like the pop out window on the side that provides additional information/FAQs when needed. The addition of the race mode was cool too! I do think it is a bit overpriced for basic filings, particularly considering that the start-up cost to develop the software has already been paid. It should just be maintenance year to year. $119 for the computer to fill out 9 pieces of paper seems a little steep.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I'm going to a tax professional next year. Error code IND-031-04 was the last straw. My AGI and PIN have been entered correctly 3 times yet this error message continues. I was rejected from e-filing last year with no explanation as to why and this year, this error code continues to reject my taxes. I will not be a returning customer next year.

Very clear understanding of tax laws please provides aid with detailed explaination online and with agents available if needed.
