Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax once again proved fantastic. I utilized a live tax expert, Valerie. I sold a home, bought another home in another state, retired, generated investment income from multiple sources, bonus payouts creating high income status, started receiving social security payments, as well as qualified and non-qualified pension payments. Clearly this year was more complicated than past years. Valerie had great customer service skills. This coupled with her extensive experience and high level of subject matter expertise, gave me a great deal of comfort during the process. Valerie hit the goal squarely in the center. In other words, she hit the core of the Apple perfectly. I will be back next Lord willing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from 8 Years with Turbo Tax Got off to a Rocky Start. Your On-line help was not up to par. I went on Line and Googled Turbo Tax 1099 Military Retirment Pay Problem. I found the answer, on Google, and was able to complete my tax return without any issues. The person online did try to help me, but she was just giving me her best guess, which I didn't feel comfortable about.. In the End I filed my return,all is well. I'll see ya next year. I was able to file my return and It work out well.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Review Decided to download TurboTax in 2022 for 2021 tax year. Worked for one day. When I went back, updates were needed, but would not download. asked for online help, but this didn't help. had to delete turbotax then reload the entire program TWICE before i could finish return and upload federal return.
