Love the step by step guidance and if you don't understand something it has a question mark to click to explain further. Definitely recommend this!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Eight years and still happy This is my 8th year using Turbo Tax. The options on product level are good and I can choose by my own criteria. The help info is usually a good explanation. I like having multiple opportunities to check and correct anything. If something gets you stuck, you can just delete that part and start it over.

It gets confusing when turbo tax downloads from employees or downloads from stock companies and then asks from items on such and such a line or box. Would not you have already downloaded it? Sometimes, especially from stock companies can be confusing unless you know what you are looking for,
