Rated 1 out of 5 by from Confusing I paid for the Deluxe, yet every time I tried to use the chat tool to speak with an agent I would be asked to upgrade. First I was told I had to pay an additional $80, then $120. When I first choose the Deluxe it was $60. I ended up paying $110..which is the total I was given AFTER they ran my card. I also am divorced, yet I was continuously asked questions about my ex. There doesn't appear to be a way to correct this error.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Consistent, Reliable, Detailed, Easy I've filed my taxes with TurboTax for the last 15 years. Initially in CT using both Federal and State and later in FL where only Federal is needed. Also, during this period (thankfully) we progressed from their simplest product to their more complex ones as our income became more complex as well. TT is always up to date in the regulations. They are thoughtful of how to split the data entry sections and where to put those requests in order to make it really simple to execute. Filing taxes is a pain. TT makes this pain short and bearable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax made it easy and affordable The questions asked were easy to think about and answer. The expert went through everything and explained it in a way that was easy to follow and help me prepare it for her. Only thing I would like is to do it myself, but have someone help me so that I could learn how to input the numbers and where to input them so I better understand how to file.
