It is very clear what theyre asking for and you have live experts you can chat with. You can also have an expert look over your taxes once youre done. I always get back the max amount whenever I file my taxes on my own because I know the things to look for for myself. Sometimes your tax expert dont look into your unique situation to get your max amount because its easier to do the bare minimum and get as many people as possible.
