Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pricey...But worth the money! Yes, I know that I can file taxes for free. But, what I can not get is the ease of TurboTax for free. The money is pricey given that I can file for free, but 28 pages of headache is not worth the "Free" price tag.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax Review TurboTax is easy to use with helpful quick answer buttons for questions regarding words and terms I was unfamiliar with - they helped me understand what I could and couldn't apply as a deduction and what sections were meant for me :)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Adequate overall The software is very cumbersome, in that updates take a while, and moving from page to page is slow. The info provided when you have a question is only superficial and provides little detail. All said, however, the product is excellent at taking you through the interview process and ensuring that, if you're paying attention, you don't miss anything. I was a little misled regarding the cost, because it wasn't clear when I ordered the software that the basic didn't include a state, which one would think it would, given that anyone who files a federal return usually files a state return. I ended up paying more because I had to purchase a state package to finish, which overall cost me more than I would have paid for the deluxe.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is slipping some from earlier versions. I found more episodes of sentences open to multiple interpretations. With the help of the excellent staff I was able to speak with, I was able to complete the process.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from IMPORT PROBLEMS Even though I tried 3 times to copy my PDF from my old PC to import into the new one that runs Windows 10, I never could import it and had to enter everything myself. Do not know if this is a problem because I had to move from Windows 7 to Windows 10 or something else. Not a big thing but of a bother none the less.
